             I.            Automation of manual tasks

A smartly written algorithm support analyzing the potential skill set perform a background check in recruiting the perfect candidate. It reduces the manual intervention in scrutinizing CVs where time and effort of talent managers are saved exceedingly.

II.             Streamline the management of interviews and identify the best talent.

AI platform quickly assessed the CVs and identified the skill and background of the candidate. Organizations can evaluate thousands of CVs by simply justifying the skill set in the AI to narrow the recruitment process. This method is highly effective and less time-consuming.

AI interviews are recorded on a platform in which candidates are required to answer questions under time pressure. AI interviews are based on visual (smile), verbal (keywords) and vocal (the tone of the voice) where a comprehensive report is sent to the employer for evaluation (Jaser, et al., 2022). AI interviews allowed more applicants to perform on soft skills whereas in traditional recruitment process allows only a few to face personal interviews.

III.            Predictive analytics to make more informed and strategic decisions

Effective utilization of predictive analysis enables human resource managers to make more informed and updated talent management strategies. It eliminates bias and human errors in the recruitment process (Naukri RMS, 2020).

Amazon had been reviewing its job applicants’ resumes to sort out the top 05 talents since 2014 from AI-based software. In 2015 they have found that recruiting tool for hiring technical roles was gender neutral. As the company has received a majority from men for technical job roles over the period of ten years time, the algorithms have learned the pattern determined women are not the best fit for technical roles (Dastin, 2018)
